Infrastructure & Security
Infrastructure is invisible until it fails, and security is invisible until it is tested. Both are operated disciplines, not products you buy once.
The service
LEV Systems does. We design, harden and operate infrastructure for the systems we build, on servers you own. EU hosting where compliance requires it, hardening by default, monitoring around the clock, and access control with audit trails from day one.
What operations covers
Hosting architecture on infrastructure you own. Hardening of every layer, from network to application. Monitoring and alerting around the clock. Backups with tested restores. Incident response with a defined process.
Security posture
Least-privilege access, encrypted in transit and at rest, every administrative action logged. Security is designed in from the architecture stage, not audited in afterwards. We also publish a responsible disclosure channel, because mature security assumes scrutiny.
Sovereignty
Your servers, your keys, your audit trail. EU hosting where regulation or policy requires it. Independence is part of the security model: no software vendor holds your data or your access.
Questions buyers ask
Where are the systems hosted?
The default for regulated and larger environments is infrastructure you own: we design and operate it, but ownership and control stay with you, EU-hosted where required. Managed hosting on studio-operated infrastructure is available where you prefer it.
Do you guarantee uptime?
We do not advertise uptime numbers. Systems are engineered for resilience and monitored around the clock, and any service commitments are agreed per engagement, in writing.
Who has access to our systems?
As few people as the operation requires. Access is least-privilege, individually assigned, logged and revocable at any time.
How are backups handled?
Automated, encrypted, and tested. A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a backup, so restores are exercised as part of operations.
What happens in a security incident?
A defined process: contain, assess, notify, remediate, document. Notification obligations are part of the engagement terms, aligned with your compliance requirements.
Are you ISO 27001 certified?
We do not claim certifications we do not hold. The architecture and operations follow recognised security practice, and we support audits your organisation runs.
What does infrastructure operations cost?
Scoped per engagement, based on the systems, the compliance surface and the operational load. Written scope first.
